About Leidene

Watching you work has truly inspired me. You have been a gift to our organization.  You are a master presenter who is changing lives (for the better) with the work you do.

Through the services offered by LCK Coaching & Consulting LLC, Leidene brings together her adept and sought after facilitation of race-based dialogue, training in energy medicine to support the transformation of consciousness and grief, professional experience as an award-winning urban educator and leadership coach, and her personal experience as a racially ambiguous Black woman to help individuals and organizations shift mindsets in order to achieve racial equity.

Facilitator of Consciousness Transformation * Coach * Energy Medicine Practitioner * Teacher * Speaker * Racial Equity Advocate

For nearly a decade, Leidene facilitated Courageous Conversations about Race (CCAR,) amongst over 30,000 people throughout the US, the purpose being to promote racial equity through systemic organizational transformation.  Whether coaching one-on-one or facilitating and presenting to groups of 15 to 150, Leidene is known for her depth of knowledge, keen intellect and notable heartfulness.  She is a highly skilled facilitator of race-based conversations and is a natural teacher able to clearly and powerfully translate complex concepts.

Leidene graduated from Duke University with a B.S. in Geology and a minor in Mathematics. She earned her M.A. in Educational Leadership from St. Peter’s University of the Jesuits.  She is also a graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and studied with Iyanla Vanzant (Host of Iyanla, Fix My Life on OWN) in her Spiritual Life Coaching Program.  A primary focus for Leidene continues to be personal transformation.  As such, she knows first-hand the road she is supporting others in traveling as she coaches individuals and organizations in shifting mindsets to achieve racial equity and greater well-being for all.

“Leidene is one of the most intuitive and thoughtful people I’ve ever had the honor of meeting. During conversation, she connects with not only what you are saying, but the feelings that accompany your words, even if it’s a feeling you’re avoiding or haven’t processed fully. She creates a space where you can just be who and where you are, while asking the types of questions and sharing connections that can create a different sense of possibility. I cannot speak highly enough of who Leidene is and what she does.”
